Picking strawberries at the farm

Strawberries are picked straight from the plant, in the farm's field. It's the way to get them at their ripest, the same day.

The strawberry season depends on spring and summer weather. Call 450-460-7567 before you come to check whether strawberries are ready to pick.

Choosing and storing strawberries

Pick berries that are red all the way to the stem: strawberries don't ripen once picked.

Keep them cool and out of the sun on the way home, and only wash them right before eating.

Make a day of it

At the farm stand, sweet corn is picked every day in season. There's a picnic area and free parking on site.
